There are two international photography contests which are recognized as being the most prestigious in the photojournalism industry; World Press and NPPA’s Best of Photojournalism contest. It is a terrific honor that one of my photographs was recognized at this year’s 2015 Best of Photojournalism contest. I’m excited and grateful to be awarded first place in the sports feature category. It simply feels good to be recognized alongside so many other outstanding photojournalist. A special thanks to the judges for their time, incredible commitment and dedication for making the NPPA Best of Photojournalism contest one of the best. Thank you to my family and friends. Your support means the world to me. Thank you.
